Important Note (POD Policy)

Since all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Eligible Cases for Replacement

We provide replacement if:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Printing defect

Conditions

  • You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos/videos as proof

Non-Eligible Cases

  • Size issues
  • Change of mind
  • Slight color variations

Refund Process

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days
